Congratulations to Sam
Dunkle, Samantha Fossum and Ross Larson for an OUTSTANDING showing
at the Speedo Sectional Championship Meet. These BSC athletes swam
awesome!
Ross Larson has an amazing
season! At Sectionals Ross achieved best times in the 200 Back
(24th place), 100 Back (37th place), 500 Free (41st place), and
1000 Free (17th place). Ross also took 20th in the Mile and 62nd in
the 200 Free. Ross did a great job at his 1st Speedo Sectional
Meet. I am looking for some great things to come from Ross!

Sam Dunkle achieved 100%
lifetime best swims at his 2nd Speedo Sectional Championship Meet.
Sam had an amazing meet. He stepped up onto the blocks and got the
job done...everytime. Sam always swims well at the end of the year.
He puts in a great deal of work all season...and it paid off! Sam
took 42nd in the 200 Free, 11th in the 1000 Free, 24th in the 500
Free, and 11th in the Mile. Sam had a wonderful meet!

Samantha Fossum shined at
her 2nd apperance at the Speedo Sectional Meet. Samantha has earned
every freestyle cut in this meet from the 50 Free to the Mile!
Samantha tied for 39th in the 50, tied for 48th in the
100, took 23rd in the
200, 7th in the 500, 8th in the 1000, and 5th in the
Mile!
Samantha earned a NCSA
Junior Nationals cut! Samantha earned this cut in the mile with a
time of 17:20.63! Congratulations Samantha! We wish you luck at
that meet next March (hopefully in Orlando,
FL).
